Many establishments serve cooked oysters, Oysters Rockeffeller,
Oysters Chesapeake, Oyster Casino's.... but the following restaurants
and bars will be offering raw oysters... aka Oysters on the Half
Shell. Often by the half dozen and dozen specifically.
Oysters will typically be served from the Chesapeake
Bay Maryland, and the Virginia Chesapeake Bay known as Chincoteague
Oysters.
