* At 301 AM EDT, marine observations indicated occasional gusts of
35 to 40 knots across the Chesapeake Bay associated WITH A secondary cold air advection surge well behind a cold front.
Occasional gusts to 40 knots are possible for the next hour or two.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

suddenly higher waves.
