John O. Duguid from Bel Air, Maryland was walking along the beach near 87th street and fell vicitim to a heart attack. Equiped with portable emergency radios and luckily a portable defibrillator, and Ocean City Maryland lifeguard responded and was able to revive Mr Dugid where upon he was tarnsported to Atlantic General Hospital. During the saddle season OC Lifeguards rome the beaches in a limited capacity until November. |
