 Downtown Ocean City area seeing an epidemic of crime...

The downtown area of Ocean City Maryland is often a hot bed of crime through the summer months, mostly due to the proximity of the boardwalk and thus the sheer numbers of delinquents the boardwalk attacks.   But to find so many burglaries in the downtown area during the off season has become unprecedented.

Police are actively pursuing leads and accumulating evidence to burglaries at residences and businesses, but have no definitive answer at this time.
