TCI CABLE of the Eastern Shore.... don't tell me it's raining when you're pissing on my shoes. I received my cable bill... on the 23rd of March, (sent date is the 18th of March), and the due date is the 7th of April. Hardly one week into the new period, after which a late fee of $5 is applied. This is tantamount too usury. Along with getting billed and possibly charged a late fee, for a service I haven't even full received.

The "new" cable bill has no mention of a late fee, how many of you will incur this illegal charge... I called the cable company on the 6th of April and a late fee will be assessed if you do not pay on the 7th. Imagine going into a restaurant and the waiter presents you the bill, and wants his tip, right after your cocktails... and if you don't pay by the appetizer, you'll get charged an extra 25% on top of the bill. The cable company exercises policies exclusive to monopolies, when is this going to be put in check?

Just how many info commercials are we going to be switched to as opposed to quality programming. TCI Easternshore tells us in the newspapers that we are getting two new channels. A golf channel and TV Land. Give me a break... the golf channel hardly applies to the general public, and TV Land is a new option only for digital cable (as stated in the last cable bill) And the heck with all that digital garbage, that’s just a bait and switch practice being forced on the general public by decreasing the quality and content of basic service. Give me a break..... and hand me an umbrella. TCI of the Easternshore must be part owners in the candy companies... that is they give me less of a product and say they only are raising the rates a little.
